The 3003 aluminum sheet is a non-heat-treated alloy and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, so the conventional cold working method can improve its mechanical properties. In addition, 3003 aluminum sheet has excellent weldability, formability and other advantages, and has become a popular and economical choice for "home appliance components". In addition to the commonly used specifications, JW Aluminum can also produce 3003 ultra-wide and ultra-thick aluminum plates with internal stress relief and no deformation during cutting, and the width is 2650mm, the thickness is 500mm. Applications and Features:
1. Corrosion Resistance.3003 aluminum sheet has good corrosion resistance, which is close to the corrosion resistance of industrial pure aluminum. It can effectively resist the corrosion of atmosphere, fresh water, sea water, food, organic acids, gasoline, neutral inorganic salt solution, and dilute acids.
2. High Plasticity. In the annealed temper, the plasticity of the3003 aluminum sheet is very high. In the case of semi-cold work hardening, its plasticity is still good, and its plasticity is low when it is cold worked. Good weldability and poor machinability.
3. Weak Resistance to Peeling Corrosion. In the cold deformed state, the3003 aluminum sheet has a tendency to peel and corrode. The larger the deformation is, the more severe the peeling is. Because the color is not uniform after anodizing, anodizing is generally not performed.
